I call this painting "Breakfast at Bob's". I worked as a waitress at Bob's Big Boy here in AZ in 1976. We had to wear those fabulous polyester waitress uniforms with a little white apron and a fake bun in my hair. I made a lot of tips though.....

My Mom made this small jointed doll. She is about 8 inches tall. My Mom didn't actually make her FOR me, but I begged that I could have it. I love the delicate dress and the tiny lace. One day, I say this plate in one of my favorite stores: Home Goods, of course it was meant to be mine. I had the little art pallet and glued a small ring of elastic on the back. The plate and doll look like they were meant to be together, don't they? Thanks Mom and Home Goods! Two Great Places to Be!
